India's tallest tricolour to be hoisted in Belagavi Tomorrow (March 12)

120 X 80 feet Indian tricolour national flag will be hoisted on a 110 metre tall flagpole and dedicated to the nation, here on Kotekere bank, in Belagavi at 9 am on March 12.

Congress MLA from Belagavi North Firoz Sait said that District in-charge minister Ramesh Jarkiholi will hoist the tricolour.

This will be the nation's tallest tricolour.

A 105 metre tall tricolour is being flown at the Wagah border.

Another flagpole in Pune is 109 metre tall.

This makes the Belagavi tricolour the tallest in the country.
