Here's a look at a typical day for Narendra: He works out for four hours every day in the gym, which is split into two sessions — one in the morning and the other in the evening. "I consume 30 eggs, one kg chicken and mixed vegetable salad in three meals a day. Many young people consume steroids and artificially-packaged proteins to instantly build muscles, but such fitness is temporary. Instead, I opt for natural intake of proteins and fibre, and the results speak for themselves," he says
